Yoga has been in practice since year's now, but do we actually recognize that how important it is to live a healthy lifestyle. Yoga not only benefits older generations but also younger generations. A better lifestyle can give one a better healthy life too.

21st of June is celebrated as a Yoga Day where people are made aware of the benefits of yoga. Yoga is a great gift to mankind which helps us keep better and maintain our health. One can also develop a higher patience level while practicing yoga which also helps in keeping the negative thoughts away.
